CSA Project- This is a new project meaning "Community Supported Agriculture."
Who.... We now have many schools getting involved in our CSA program. We are very excited to see new growth. We have about 80 schools involved right now. Don't miss out.
What it is... The basic concept is Tanaka Farms drops off crates of produce to the schools, the schools have volunteers to distribute the crates to the participating families.
When.... Crates are dropped off on a weekly planned day after school is let out.
Where.... The parking lot of the schools
Why... Many people are in to healthy eating and us at Tanaka Farms want to help promote healthy eating habits to the children of our future. This is also a fundraiser to the schools that partcipate.
We will be opening November 27th to December 20th 2009.
We have various types of Christmas Trees during the Winter Season including:
Noble Firs, Grand Firs and Douglas Firs.
Our trees are guaranteed to last until Christmas or we will replace it free of charge.
We also sell a wide variety of Christmas decorations including:
Wreaths, Poinsettias, Christmas Lights, Cedar Garland, and much more.
We offer Delivery, fire retardant, and flocking.
